Our Farmhouse Cheddar style cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from
goat milk. The name refers to an extra step in the process where the cheese is cut
into small cubes or "cheddared" before being set into molds. It has a
slightly sharp flavor that increases with aging. Our cheese is sold in wedges
in vacuum-sealed bags.
